Who Can Participate in TU Convocation Ceremony?
TU semester and yearly students who have passed Bachelor's and Master's, M. Phil, P.hD Level from Ashad 1, 2078 to Jestha 31, 2079 (June 15 2021 to 14th June 2022) and holding transcript are eligible to fill the online form for the 48th convocation of TU.
TU 48th Convocation Ceremony Deadline
Students those who interested to participate in the 48th Convocation Ceremony 2022 should be compulsorily holding Transcript till above date from Office of Controller of the Examination, Tribhuvan University, Balkhu. TU 48th Convocation Ceremony deadline to submit online form is Bhadra 5, 2079 to Aswin 9, 2079. Students could fill up the Convocation form Bhadra 5, 2079 through online.

How to Fill Convocation form
- Step 1: Visit: www.tuexam.edu.np/convocation
- Step 2: Select your passed Level like Bachelor, Master & M. Phil and P.hD
- Step 3: Type your TU Registration No. without including zero(0) at the front like: 7-2-25-004405-2022 as 7-25-4405-2022
- Step 4: Select Numbers of Parents to participate in convocation. You can only select two parents.
- Step 5: Pay the convocation fee using online banking service.
- Step 6: Fill the information like Name(Devnagari), Gender, Place, email and Mobile Number and submit
- Step 7: MRP size photography with clear visibility with 300KB to 1MB in size. Also student should submit Citizenship photo.
- Step 8: Upload Front side of Transcript. If you have two transcript then make a single file and upload of both.
- Step 9: Submit Bank Detail for refund of your deposit after convocation
- Step 10: Tick on Agree with "Terms and Conditions"
- Step 11: Submit after confirming the validity
- Step 12: Save, Download and print the documents after confirmation
48th TU Convocation Fee Details
Students those who are interested to participate in the 48th TU Convocation should pay the following fees amount.

Student can take 2 parents in the convocation ceremony. If student want to include parents then they should add above fees with Rs. 300/- each per parent which is non-refundable. 1 parent=300 and 2 parents=600 which is not refunded should paid at the time of paying above fees.
While paying fee compulsorily keep receipt and Transaction ID safely.
Highlighted Information (Non- Refund and Fines)
From the deposit amount Rs. 300/- will be deducted as maintenance charge and scarf charge.
Payment done for taking parents in the convocation ceremony will not be refunded.
Convocation Ceremony Certificate should taken by student within the passed year otherwise extra fines fees will be charged according to rule of TU.
