1. Junior Officer Level (Head Office/Outside Valley Branches ):
- Required Numbers: Few
- Education and Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 50 per cent or a minimum 2.5 CGPA in the field of Commerce, Management, Economics, Finance, Rural Development, Sociology and Development Studies.
- Working Experience: Experience of at least 2 years of work experience in microfinance activities of BFIs/NGOs/INGOs
- Age Criteria: Age not exceeding 32 as on application Deadline.
2. Senior Assistant Level (Outside Valley/ Outside Valley Branches):
- Required Numbers: Few
- Education and Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 45 per cent or a minimum of 2 CGPA in the field of Commerce, Management, Economics, Finance, Rural Development, Sociology and Development Studies.
- Experience Requirements: Experience of at least 1.5 years of work experience in microfinance activities of BFIs/NGOs/INGOs
- Age Criteria: Age not exceeding 32 as on the Application Deadline.
3. Assistant Level (Outside Valley/ Outside Valley Branches):
- Required Numbers: Few
- Education and Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 45 per cent or a minimum of 2 CGPA in the field of Commerce, Management, Economics, Finance, Rural Development, Sociology and Development Studies.
- Experience Requirements: Experience of a minimum of 1 year of experience is required in microfinance activities of BFIs/NGOs/INGOs
- Age Criteria: and age not exceeding 26 as on the appliance Deadline.
Extra qualification to all Candidates:
