Step 1: Go go TU convocation form Portal

Step 2: You need to input your registration of Bachelor, Master and M.Phil or Name for PhD students to find your grace details.

Step 3: Detail of the Bank Transaction

Step 4: You need to submit you Name in Nepali (Devnagari Lipi) Using the Preeti Font, Gender, Place, Email address, and contact no./Mobile number.

Step 5: Machine Readable Passport Photo (MRP Photo) with size above 300 KB (Three Hundred KiloByte) to 1 MB (One MegaByte)

Step 6: Upload your Citizenship or Passport Frontpage with size ranging between 300KB to 1MB

Step 7: Upload Transcript Certificate Frontpage ( if you have multiple page transcript then you need to submit the last page of transcript) with size ranging between 300KB to 1MB

Step 8: For the refundable deposit you need to submit bank details

Step 9: Agree with terms & conditions

Step 10: You can click Submit final convocation

Your Name in Preeti font
Contact Mobile Number and Email address
Bank Deposit transaction Number

Note: The photo you are sending for convocation should be clearly visible with the white background. Your both eyes are to be visible. You are not allowed to wear a cap. You should keep in mind that the size of the image should be between 300KB to 1MB
