Visit your campus in between 25th Poush 2078 B.S. to 24th Magh 2078 B.S.
If you could not fill your exam form in above date then pay double fee and fill your exam form within 1 week of above date means you need to fill your exam with in the month of Magh month in double fee.

- TU registration number should be compulsorily included at the time of filling exam form.
- Recelty shooted passport size photo 2 copies are needed.
- If you need your copy of your admit at the time of exam then you need to provide photo that is used at the time of filling form.
